Kevin is one of the founders and the CEO of Ox + Plow Agriculture. Previously Kevin was the Executive Director of ACWA, a $36m pilot-testing facility with the University of Calgary, focused on de-risking emerging water and wastewater treatment technologies. Preceding, Kevin led a groundbreaking technology accelerator in the energy sector called Kinetica, which guided over 100 companies from early-stage IP to an aggregate market valuation of over $100m. The graduating companies achieved exceptional results, with over 37% of the portfolio making it past the 7-year benchmark. Kevin has extensive experience in corporate innovation, including for companies such as ATCO, ENMAX, Suncor, and WestJet, enabling them to unlock new growth potential. He is a serial entrepreneur, starting 6 companies with 2 successful exits. Kevin and his family live northwest Calgary and enjoy spending time in Alberta’s beautiful outdoors.
