Cortina is one of the founders and the President of Ox + Plow Agriculture. She is also the co-owner of Tax Haus Inc. a successful tax consulting firm started in 2004, that focuses primarily on working with farming and ranching families. Prior, Cortina has been a pilot, worked as an Air Traffic Control instructor, and worked for the Canada Revenue Agency, specializing in tax assessments. These roles have given her a high level of focus and attention to detail in her work, along with a deep understanding of the inner workings of farm and ranch operations. Cortina lives in Calgary, is an avid tennis player, world traveller, and enjoys summers at the lake with her family.
